Monsoon Wedding

I really enjoyed this movie once I got past the language thing. They keep switching back and forth between Hindi and English, which I found very confusing (probably because I had to switch betweeen eyes & ears when I was somewhat tired). So I turned on the subtitles, and it made a lot more sense. I could just read all the words and not have to think about it as much. The movie itself is set in India just as monsoon season is beginning and a family is getting ready for a wedding. Different people have different worries. Some people are falling in love, some people are keeping secrets, others tell secrets.

It's all very well told, and nicely done. I really enjoyed it. Of course, being set in India, it's very colorful, which doesn't hurt either.
