Brokeback Yoga

I was just updating my Random Movie Review Blog and I had just seen Brokeback Mountain. Of course, I keep an Index of the movies I've reviewed, and alphabetically, Brokeback Mountain comes right before Bubble Boy which somehow amuses me to no end. Jake Gyllenhaal sure has come a long way in his acting career...

I went to Yoga this morning and the girl who normally teaches the class is out, I guess for Memorial Day weekend, and there was another girl teaching. And I think she probably normally teaches an upper level course, because there was no way that was a beginner's class. I have very little balance. I'm weak, not toned, and lack musculature. Hence, why I started doing Yoga. However, I cannot do the upper level stuff. It's hard!! I used to think that yoga was easy and for sissies, and it's so completely not. Yoga is extremely difficult. Today was the 3rd class I've done at this place and I'm going to continue going because I completely love it. I'm extremely sore afterward, but I love it. I'm more flexible than I should be for the amount of muscles I have, so some of the moves are very difficult due to that because I can't support myself in odd positions. I can get into them, but I can't hold them, and that's the challenge....

Question of the Day: What kind of exercise do you do? (Guilt trip time!)
